RETURN, EXCHANGE, SHIPPING AND REPAIR POLICY

Return                                                                                                                                     

(Effective May 26, 2020)                                                                                                       

I want you to love the jewelry you purchase from me for years to come. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for the full purchase amount within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your jewelry to arrange the return. Items not returned within the fourteen (14) days will receive a store credit. Return items will be refunded using the same method of payment used to purchase originally. All sales and discounted items, custom made, or special-order items are not returnable. This includes all items in the Last Chance Finds category of this website. I will promptly arrange the refund on receipt of the item(s) under the terms and conditions listed below.

Sorry, shipping fees will not be refundable.

 1. Jewelry must be in its original and unworn condition. Items altered in any way will not be accepted.

 2. Jewelry must be returned with ALL the original packaging.

 3. I recommend insuring your return for the full value of your purchase. Iris Perry Designs cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Exchange

We are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund, and place a new order for the item desired.

Shipping 

(Effective May 26, 2020)                                                                                                

All orders are packed and shipped out of my Maryland studio. I currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for stocked items and MADE TO ORDER items. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1 or 2 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days if you reside in the continental United States. Items that are not in stock will require a production time of 5 to 7 business days based on the availability of the in stock raw materials or if I need to order materials to complete your order. All items are handmade in my Maryland studio. Items that are MADE TO ORDER and multiples will take 7 to 14 business days before the order is ready to be shipped.

I will contact you if there are any delays. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.

International Orders and Shipping

If you are in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact us at info@irisperrydesigns.com to place a special order. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.

Repairs 

(Effective May 26, 2020)                                                                                        

I guarantee my jewelry for normal wear and tear and will repair it “free of charge” for the first year from the date of purchase for any broken clasp closures & ear wires, missing stones and/or pearls. If your jewelry needs repair after that time, there will be a repair fee of $20 per item.

If it is damaged by you or an act of nature, I will repair it for a reasonable rate based on labor and on available materials. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. Please refer to the jewelry care tab on this website for tips on how to care for your jewelry.
