Return, Exchange and Repair Policy 

Return & Exchange

(Effective January 1, 2016)

I want you to love the jewelry your purchase from me for years to come! So, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return for the full purchase amount within 15 days of your purchase. Please contact me within the 15 days of receiving your jewelry to arrange the exchange or return. Return items will be refunded using the same method of payment used to purchase originally. All sales and discounted items, custom made or special order items are not returnable! I will promptly arrange the exchange or refund on receipt of the item under the terms and conditions listed below.

Sorry, shipping fees will not be refundable.

 1. Jewelry must be in its original and unworn condition. Items altered in any way will not be accepted.

 2. Jewelry must be returned with ALL the original packaging.

 3. I recommend insuring your returns for the full value of your purchase. I cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged returns. 

 

Shipping

(Effective January 1, 2016)

I am currently using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for stocked items and made to order. You should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days, if you reside in the continental United States.

Orders that are MADE TO ORDER and multiples have additional production time which can change from time to time. It will also be shipped the same way as stocked items.  Please see the current production time schedule for an estimate of when your order will ship. You will find this information at the top of the home page. Remember to add 2 to 5 business days for it to arrive to your door.

Your jewelry will come in a jewelry box and or jewelry pouch.

 

Repairs

(Effective January 1, 2016)     

I guarantee my jewelry for normal wear and tear and will repair it “free of charge” for the first year from date of purchase for any broken clasp closures & ear wires, missing stones and/or pearls. If your jewelry is in need of repair after that time, I will repair it for a reasonable rate based on labor and on available materials.  Customer will be responsible for shipping fee.  Please refer to the jewelry care tab on this site for tips on how to care for your jewelry.
